We do not guarantee employment, interview success, or database accuracy. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying your CV content before submitting it to employers. NextStage AI is not liable for any career or employment outcomes.

• To protect our infrastructure and manage third-party API costs, we implement daily usage limits on our AI features.
• You agree not to bypass, exploit, scrape, or attempt to manipulate these rate limits using automated scripts, bots, or multiple accounts.
• We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate accounts that exhibit abusive behavior or violate these limits without prior notice.

• Your Content: You retain full ownership over any resumes, profiles, text, or personal data you upload to the Platform.
• AI Generated Content: Any tailored text, advice, or interview answers generated for you by the Platform belong entirely to you for personal use in your job search.
• Platform Intellectual Property: The design, code, branding, and proprietary logic of NextStage AI remain the exclusive property of the Platform creator.

We reserve the right to modify, restrict, or discontinue any feature of the Platform at any time to manage operational costs or improve performance.
